Who is the data controller?

UtilityCloud AS (Org. no. 914 094 925), represented by its CEO, has the overall responsibility for all processing of personal data.

How we process personal data

Providing personal data to us is voluntary, and you have no obligation to do so. However, to handle you as a customer or user of our services, and to keep you informed, we need to collect and store certain information about you.

The main purpose of collecting, registering and processing personal data is to manage, administer and follow up on you as a customer, user and stakeholder in the best possible way.

When you use our website, including when you fill in information yourself, for example to apply for a position or book a meeting, we will process personal data about you.

Securing your personal data

The only personal data on this website that can identify you is information you send us yourself: when you apply for a position, send an open application, or book a meeting. Job applications are sent by email to the contact person named in the job ad. Meeting requests are submitted through a form provided by HubSpot. Read more about how HubSpot handles personal data.

Disclosure of personal data to others

We do not pass on your personal data to others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure.

How long do we store your personal data?

We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

This means, for example, that personal data we process on the basis of your consent is deleted if you withdraw your consent.

Personal data we process to fulfil an agreement with you is deleted when the agreement is fulfilled and all obligations arising from it have been met. Personal data will, however, be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or our legal obligations.

Otherwise, we will delete personal data about you if you ask us to, unless we have a legal obligation or other legal basis to keep it.

Your rights when we process personal data about you

If our services or the rules on processing personal data change, this page will be updated.

Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible to measure traffic on the website. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. All statistics are aggregated, so no information can be traced back to you as an individual. Read more about Plausible’s data policy.
